This event is part of the ‘Enterprising Halls’ programme of online workshops, delivered to help Devon's village and community halls' trustees and staff manage and improve their hall.

About the workshop:

The role of Hall committees is changing. In some areas it's no longer financially sustainable to be just hirers of space for community activities. More and more halls are diversifying their income streams and responding to community need by running projects themselves or collaborating with others on e.g. a community shop, a warm hub, a community nursery. This workshop will explore the benefits and challenges of diversification, including case studies of community projects.

How much does it cost?
