PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID-19 ONLY THE MAIN HALL IS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE FOR SMALL GROUPS SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS. NO KITCHEN FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE. SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS IT IS HOPED ALL FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM END JUNE 2021
Whitford Village Hall is mainly of wooden construction with a brick built extension to house a modern semi-commercial kitchen.
The Hall was further extended to provide a new toilet block to latest regulations.
In spring 2021 the outside and main hall were given a major face lift with new decorations. The Main Hall has also been upgraded with a refurbished floor, new heaters, extra power and USB points and fibre broadband.
The main hall is licensed for up to 100 people and a further committee room is suitable for up to 15 people. The committee room also serves as a well equipped bar for when licensed activities are held.
The hall has a full bar licence as well as licences for most entertainment activities.
The Hall is ideally suited for classes -e.g. keep fit, yoga, dance etc and for clubs / groups such as gardening, drama, book club, games evenings, W.I etc.
Ideal for family celebrations, parties and would also be suitable for small business meetings.
There is a small adjacent car park but extra parking has to be on surrounding roads.
The hall has an indoor skittle alley and table tennis table for hire and use in the hall.
There is also an outdoor skittle alley which may be hired for use at users location. Transport by user.

Hire Charges

Main Hall from £7.00 /hour, Committee Room from £3.50. includes incidental use of kitchen for tea /coffee etc.
For large catering events there is a one off charge of £20 for use of all kitchen facilities
DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS ONLY THE MAIN HALL IS AVAILABLE FOR SMALL GROUP HIRE AT £7.00 /HOUR UNTIL END JUNE 2021 WHEN IT IS HOPED ALL FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE AGAIN.
