A brand new hall completed in December 2015. Volunteers landscaped the site in Spring 2016 with 25 trees, over 400 shrubs, wildflowers and other decorative plantings, benches and planters. 354 sq. metres internal area in total. High level of energy efficiency with underfloor heating throughout from two air source heat pumps and energy from 84 PV panels. The hall is fully licensed. The building comprises: a Main Function/Sports Hall with beech sprung floor and full sized badminton court; a Large Meeting Room seating up to 30 people and with its own entrance lobby, WC and kitchenette; a Small Meeting Room seating 8/10 people; a fully fitted kitchen with electric range cooker and induction hob, hood, industrial dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave; servery to main entrance lobby; extensive grounds and sitting out areas.
SPORT FACILITIES:
Playing field (Headlands) half a mile from village hall has football pitch and 1 hard tennis court. Small old pavilion. Showers and Changing Rooms.
