Tim has 25 years' experience in government, private/social enterprise and higher education. He is energized by helping to get the best out of people, communities, organisations and networks and has worked in leadership, strategy, planning and research roles with local areas and communities across the UK.
His PhD research investigated how local leaders respond and adapt to changes in the political-economic environment.

Tim can trace his family tree back more than 300 years in Devon and after fifteen years away - studying/working in Barcelona, Brighton, Budapest, Cardiff, London and Oxford - now lives in Devon with his wife and son.
