Natalie Campbell

Natalie is Service Delivery Lead at Devon Communities Together.

Growing up in Ivybridge, Natalie headed to Bath and Bristol as a student, and stayed there to start her working life in the charity sector. However, she missed the sea air and green countryside and moved back to Devon!

Even though Natalie started out in the conservation charity sector, she has focused the last 8 years on projects and programmes on community led change in mental health and wellbeing services and systems, initially in Bristol and then nationally. She has specialist experience in co-production, addressing inequality and stigma, community development and engagement, as well as facilitating collaborative spaces and workshops and managing teams.

Natalie is also Chair of Trustees for Mothers for Mothers, a peer led maternal mental health charity based in Bristol.

I love Devon because…

It’s the place where I feel I can breathe. I love that I have deep roots to somewhere so beautiful, and that I can feel the sea breeze minutes away from my home. I love being outdoors in the fresh air and have a good work/life balance, as well as being creative and trying new things, which Devon provides opportunities for in abundance!
