Julie initially trained as a teacher and facilitator working in both school and community settings, often through the medium of drama. She has spent most of her life in rural areas of Devon and brings a wealth of experience of community partnership work with her to Devon Communities Together.
She has a bad habit of rescuing collies and is an enthusiastic singer of all sorts of music.
