Published on 25th April 2023

As part of the Future Farm Resilience programme, New Leaf Life Design are running a series of wellbeing workshops. These workshops give those in the farming community opportunities to focus on particular topics that help them think about their health and wellbeing, as well as their farming businesses.

These workshops cover:

  • What mental health is and how to challenge stigma
  • A basic knowledge of some common mental health issues
  • An introduction to looking after individual mental health and maintaining wellbeing
  • Confidence to support someone in distress or who may be experiencing mental health issues

Those in rural farming communities are encouraged to come but these workshops are open to all and are FREE. The links to register are below. Please scroll down on the pages and click on the Eventbrite link.

The workshop on Thursday 4th May, starting at 10:30am, is being held at Threemilestone and District Young Farmers Club Hall in Cornwall.
