This training session will demystify the process and allow participants to get hands-on with practical tools and methods for effective business planning that work for any size of organisation in any sector.
Participants will leave this training session with a practical understanding of business models and plans, defining who your customer(s) are, evidencing their needs, and clarifying your value proposition.
You will be able to apply what you have learnt to create a simple Business Model Canvas for your business, evaluate its effectiveness, and adjust to improve your business viability. This is an interactive training session and includes space for questions and exploration.
