The Boardroom
The Boardroom is is an ideal room for interviews, team meetings and training sessions for up to 12 people.
- Full Day Hire(9am - 5pm): £50
- Half Day Hire(4 hours): £25
- Hourly Rate: £8 per hour
Hot Desking space/confidential POD
Our confidential workspace offers a quiet, private setting ideal for focused work or small group sessions.
- Full Day Hire (9am - 5pm): £15
- Half Day Hire (4 hours): £8
Small Meeting Room
Our small meeting room provides a comfortable and professional space, perfect for meetings of up to four people.
- Full Day Hire (9am - 5pm): £30
- Half Day Hire (4 hours): £16
- Hourly Rate: £5 per hour

We are based in Marsh Barton Trading Estate, just 1 mile away from Exeter city centre, with easy access to the M5, A38 and A30.
The closest railway station is Marsh Barton just a 20 minute walk away and the Matford Park and Ride service is a 10 minute walk away.
We have bike racks for cyclists as well as free parking for up to 6 cars, subject to availability.
