Deep Dive online sessions are for Voluntary, Charity and Social Enterprise organisations, based in East Devon, or serving East Devon communities. They are delivered by a range of experienced trainers.

Participants will leave this online workshop knowing why a clear, structured plan is important and with the tools and confidence to create a business plan!
What will the training include?
We will have guest speaker Dr Eleanor Browne AFHEA, Project Manager for Devon Communities Together. This workshop dives deeply into what’s involved in writing business plans.
You will be provided with some planning tools and a template structure to help you on your way to a clear simple plan.
