Deep Dive sessions look in-depth at a range of topics relevant to VCSE organisations, delivered by a range of experienced trainersPlease note: this session is available to VCSE organisations working within East Devon ONLY. This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

Participants will leave this workshop with confidence and tools for all aspects of volunteer management, including motivation & wellbeing, organising and negotiating workloads & supervision and support.

What will the training include?

Although many volunteers have a positive experience, there are statistics that shows that the overall satisfaction levels for some volunteers have decreased slightly.

This workshop will dive into how to manage your volunteers in a small voluntary organisation, community group or social enterprise.

This workshop will share knowledge on how to better ensure that your volunteers are motivated, supported and have good wellbeing. You will also get ideas on how to organise and supervise your volunteers and their workload.
