  • Do you find it hard to recruit volunteers?
  • Would you like to find out about induction and training for volunteers at your organisation?

Participants will leave this workshop with ideas on how to recruit, knowledge about different role descriptions, available training for volunteers and how to induct newly recruited volunteers.

What will the training include?

This workshop will dive into different ways to recruit volunteers for your voluntary organisation, community group or social enterprise, exploring ideas like online platforms, local advertising and community events.

It will look at what makes a good role description, induction and training process and attendees will leave with useful templates and information about relevant volunteer training.

It will also provide a chance for attendees to share advice and find solutions.
