Uplyme Village Hall

Our hall caters for all our community, our main users are the preschool and the local school.
The Parish council use the hall as their hub as do the Lyme regis and Uplyme horticultural Society
Short mat bowls meet once a week and we have a regular yoga session.
The Quakers meet regularly and we cater for weddings, birthdays and many celebrations
and charity events such as Jumble sales, Big breakfast, coffee mornings, fetes and quiz nights.
Axminster and Lyme Regis cancer support group meet on occasions and hold fundraising events at the
hall, we also have some sports groups using the hall for summer camps.
When the village puts on a gathering to celebrate an event the village hall is at the centre of
activities and brings everyone together

Seating capacity 150, Standing capacity 300.
Hire Charges £13 before 6pm / £15 after 6pm. Commercial rate £17 per hour.
Tables, chairs and kitchen included in hire charge, Bar & Sound System £10 each extra charge.
Meeting room available for £9 per hour. Commercial rate £11 per hour. 10' x 6'. Bar use for tea/coffee making facilities.
Wedding hire charges £550 all day exclusive use, from 6pm the day before until 9am the day after.
