Cheriton Fitzpaine Parish Hall

The original timber built hall was constructed in 1935, extended in the 1960s, developed further and fully refurbished 2012 - 2016.

Main hall: seating capacity 170 (155 banquet-style), 200 dancing/informal. Wooden floor, blackout curtains, hearing loop. A stage can be constructed via negotiation with the Drama Club and a public address system can be made available.

A Projector System with a 10 foot screen is available for hire within the premises.

Committee room: seating - 30 theatre-style, 18 boardroom style. It has a carpet and blackout curtains.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, large fridge, water boiler, dishwasher. The Hall also has a full banqueting set of white crockery available for hire.

All areas have heating and are wheelchair accessible. Toilet for people with disabilities, walk-in shower and baby changing facilities.

Wi-fi available.

Fenced lawn - off the main hall. Car park can accommodate 15 cars with a parking space for disabled visitors.

4 hour 'session' (excl. kitchen equipment other than kettles) are Hall: £22 Committee Room: £20.
A 2 hour 'class slot' (excl. kitchen equipment other than kettles) are Hall: £16 Committee Room: £14.
Regular weekly hirers are eligible for a fee reduction of approx. 10% - 15%. Ask for details.
Other equipment as listed in the description above is available at an extra small charge.
