Deep Dive sessions look in-depth at a range of topics relevant to VCSE organisations, delivered by a range of experienced trainers.

  • How an organisation is governed and managed is key to its success in achieving its aims.
  • There are several essential policies that a voluntary, community, or social enterprise organisation requires. Are you uncertain about which policies you need for your organisation?
  • Getting the right policies and procedures in place could have a significant impact on the smooth running of your organisation!

You will leave this 3hr deep dive session with a better understanding of all the different policies and procedures for your VCSE organisation.

What will the training include?

This workshop will dive deeply into the systems, policies and structures which govern the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector and how they contribute to achieving its aims and unique culture.

The workshop will identify the key policies and procedures which every VCSE organisation should have. Participants will be able to take away customisable templates of key policies.

Please note: this session is available to VCSE organisations working within East Devon ONLY. This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
