Description

Our hall saw a major refurbishment from 2013 – 2019.

The refurbishment included a complete insulation of the hall, installation of a new electrics throughout together with an insulated suspended ceiling. We also had double glazing fitted throughout and the toilets were completely replaced including the building of a disabled toilet and babies changing area.

The foyer was carpeted together with an area which houses a small but well equipped kitchen and committee room at the front of the hall. An electric hatchway opens up from the kitchen to the main hall for the use of drinks etc. There is a much bigger well-equipped kitchen to the rear of the hall. The wooden floor was replaced with wooden effect vinyl.

In 2019 the asbestos roof of the hall was completely replaced by a modern roofing material. Since 2019 it has been completely decorated both inside and out.
The refurbishment has vastly improved the hall facilities and it is now a very popular venue for both the residents of Bridgerule and outside parties who wish to hire it.
