WELLBEING 'BOOST' ONLINE WORKSHOPS
Give your wellbeing a boost at our experiential wellbeing sessions as we are joined by inspiring guests sharing their wellbeing skills. Aiming to introduce you to new approaches to support your wellbeing and the motivation to take action, we invite you to come along and get involved as much or as little as you like. Each workshop will be held on Zoom over two hours with a break midway. No matter who you are, or your current state of wellbeing, these workshops will be accessible to all.
