Natasha Saunders

Natasha graduated from Falmouth University with a degree in BA (Hons) English with Creative Writing. Alongside her studies, Natasha worked as a student ambassador, providing guidance and advice at open days and college careers days, and raising aspirations in young people.

Natasha has written for Cornwall Today magazine and completed work for a book publishers’ in North Devon. She has also volunteered for the charity CHICKS, which provides retreats for disadvantaged young people.

After completing her degree, Natasha worked at PETROC as an Enrichment Officer. This role involved organising, promoting and running student clubs, trips and activities, as well as various marketing and events work.

Natasha now works as Trainee Rural Officer for Devon Communities Together. She is excited to be working on a broad range of projects for the charity, engaging with rural communities across Devon. She also enjoys writing for the Love Devon magazine produced by DCT.

I love Devon because…

I am a nature lover and enjoy wild swimming, camping, water sports, and long walks along the beach and coast path.
