COURSE DESCRIPTION
Being able to clearly describe what services you need a partner organization to deliver for you to ensure you can focus on other parts of your business, is a skill worth learning and understanding.
Using a simple scenario, designed to be applicable to many different situations for a small to medium organization, this course will take a step by step approach, at how to articulate what it is you need in practice and how that can be monitored and measured. The course will not be going into procurement law or processes, rather will focus on how to develop an inclusive Expression of Interest.
This course is applicable both to those working in the broad health/social care sectors, and also more generally to any organisations with an interest in bidding for new funding.

ABOUT YOUR TUTOR
Nicola Gurr - Montpelier Management Services
Nicola has just started free lancing after many years within the Commissioning (or 'buying') side of the NHS. She is passionate about enabling more smaller providers to work with both the NHS and Local Authorities in delivering high quality services for our residents within Devon.
In her previous roles Nicola has had to review bids from providers to tenders issued by the NHS or LAs as well as working with the local teams in writing tenders. Thus, she has lots of experience of producing, reading and reviewing bid response documents, both those that are well written and others that are less so!
