To be able to follow her dreams of working with children and discovering how languages/ being bilingual helps children with their development, after moving to the UK, she set up / founded the Anglo Polish Saturday School and was a head teacher for 4 years. It was the first institution of its type in the South West, and it opened a door for others to follow.
At DCT, Aggie has acted as a project and programmes officer covering a range of public sector initiatives. She is often engaged in innovative thinking and effective engagement of communities in Voluntary and the Health and Care sector.
Aggie is highly skilled at community development, community planning and community regeneration processes, as well as developing, implementing and managing youth Health and Care and community-based programmes.
Alongside her work at Devon Communities Together she is an entrepreneur and was a co-founder of Witty Doodle company, which creates and sells Stimulating Art for Babies and Toddlers.
